As our Head of Group Travel for the German Market you build a great team that develops and sells the best responsible group trips through South America! For our most established department - we offer Group trips since 2001 - it is all about maintaining the position as Germany's leading Tour Operator for South America. You translate viventura's strategy into tactical decisions and communicate them to the team. We are looking for someone who knows how to motivate and prioritize. For someone, how can think out of the box and is open to reinvent to grow!
As our Head of Group Travel at Viventura you will report directly to the Executive Director for Latin America, who is responsible for the brands Viventura and Puraventura. You are in charge of the Viventura Group Travel Management Team for the German market. which currently counts 8 members.
