Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a passionate person with experience in the tourist industry, who wants to accompany our new Travel Intrapreneurs starting their own brand in the Ventura TRAVEL network (we already have Intrapreneurs for South America, Central America & Japan). Your goal is to help the Intrapreneur to develop the new brand to become a market leader in a specific touristic niche. You will be the one at the Intrapreneur's side from day one on to facilitate their success in the starting period until the next Travel Intrapreneur starts. 

Ideally we are looking for the Success Facilitator from as soon as possible on. 

Ventura TRAVEL was founded to empower intrapreneurs to build up leading niche travel brands, focused on authentic and responsible travel experiences. We are strongly committed to sustainable tourism principles, to mitigate the environmental and cultural footprint of tourism. As a holding enterprise for other tourism companies and through our head office in Berlin, Germany, we take care of all the across company and international issues concerning all our subsidiary brands. Your responsibilities

- Support of HR and our CEO in the recruiting process for Intrapreneurs

Training the new Intrapreneurs with our backend software to a sophisticated level

- Working hand in hand with the new Intrapreneur on all aspects of launching a new brand, some areas where you support Intrapreneurs in the first 3 to 6 months after launching a new brand

- writing & translating texts on the webpage

- researching first trip

- finding good photo material for the new website

- communicating with airlines to find a good partner

- coordinating the launch with other departments like IT & Marketing

- customer support by e-mail and phone

- recruiting the first employee for the newly launched brand

- After 3 to 6 months the Intrapreneuer will continue on her/his own and you'll be supporting the next Intrapreneur (we have 2-4 Intrapreneurs starting a year)
