We are looking for an experienced Online Marketeer who will lead the Ventura Marketing Team (5 Marketing Specialists). The Marketing Team of Ventura TRAVEL has the challenge to grow established brands in the travel industry (such Viventura and Puraventura) and successfully accompany new ventura brands to quickly build up a brand and acquire traffic.

We are looking for a person…

- with 3+ years of experience in Online Marketing

- with very advanced skills in SEA, SEO, Social & Content Marketing

- who keeps up to date with the latest techniques to succeed in Online Marketing

- with a proven track record of past successful online marketing projects

- with great analytical skills

- who prefers a Fair & Sustainable approach

- with the ability to focus on few priories and is able to say "no" to things

- with very strong communication skills, both internally and externally

- who ideally has experience in leading a tem

Your responsibilities

- Successfully run a 5 person Marketing Team

- Steadily train & coach the Marketing team to achieve both great results and team development

- Develop & execute successful Marketing campaigns

- Together with our Product Owner coordinate IT work

- Achieving great results through the different marketing channels (most importantly SEO, SEA & Social)

- Successfully achieve impactful Marketing partnerships

- Together with our Ventura Intrapreneurs plan market potentials (plan traffic and conversions for each Ventura brand)
