viventura GmbH Online Marketing Specialist (Berlin)

Ventura TRAVEL was founded in order to give creative people the possibility to build up and lead a new venture, focused on authentic and responsible travel experiences. We are a holding enterprise for other tourism companies and through our head office is in Berlin, Germany, we take care of all the across company and international issues concerning all our subsidiary brands.

We are looking for a new Online Marketing Passionate to join its Marketing team as a trainee as soon as possible. The marketing team of Ventura TRAVEL has the challenge to grow established brands in the travel industry (such viventura and puraventura) but also to launch new ventures.

Who we’re looking for:

Min. 2-3 years of experience in Online Marketing with advanced skills SEA

Thorough understanding of online marketing principles and strategies

German native speaker with excellent English skills

Proven track record of successful online marketing projects

Great analytical skills to analyze AdWords & GA Reports

Not only enjoys working but spreads joy to colleagues

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Has a passion for travel

These are your responsibilities:

Running succesful SEA campaigns

Create and publish great content for our German Social Media channels

Through onsite & offsite optimization achieve improved performance of our SEO channel

Steady analysis of performance of our campaigns and improving both campaigns and increase conversion rates on our site

Identify and manage the execution of joint marketing opportunities
