Ventura TRAVEL was founded in order to give creative people the possibility to build up and lead a new venture, focused on authentic and responsible travel experiences. We are a holding enterprise for other tourism companies and through our head office is in Berlin, Germany, we take care of all the across company and international issues concerning all our subsidiary brands.

We are looking for a new Online Marketing Passionate to join its Marketing team as a trainee as soon as possible. The marketing team of Ventura TRAVEL has the challenge to grow established brands in the travel industry (such viventura and puraventura) but also to launch new ventures.

Who we’re looking for:

An online marketing passionate that proves first successful experience in leading online campaigns

Native German, business proficiency in English, Spanish a huge plus

You are a team player who is organized and can handle multiple projects at a time to meet the company’s objectives

You are eager to learn and take initiatives, share knowledge to other team members and bring new opportunities to the department

You have strong analytical and critical skills

Positive attitude

These are your responsibilities:

Campaigns set up and optimisations through our various channels (Facebook ads, Adwords, youtube, newsletter)SEO

Set up campaigns with external partners

Establish new partnerships

Work in a team to meet the company’s objectives

Publish engaging written content (blog articles, newsletters)

Analyse campaigns through analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau
