We are looking for an Intern from as soon as possible on:
Who we’re looking for:
● You want to gain experience in South America
● You gained first experience in the tourism industry, preferably in individual trips
● You love having contact with customers
● Your oral and written knowledge of German is impeccable
● You have good Spanish and English skills (nice to have)
● You love challenges
● And last but not least: you bring a positive attitude and remain calm under stress
These are your responsibilities:
● Support our Travel Managers in their tasks
● Be in charge of customer communication per phone and email
● Analyze our product portfolio
● Improve our product presentation
● You offer advice to our customers before and after the trip (by phone and e-mail)
● You coordinate the reservations with our flight department and local service providers and
you ensure the extraordinary quality of the trips we offer.
