Do you have experience in the tourism industry? Can you imagine living in La Paz, Bolivia for at least 3 years? And you want to create innovative and responsible travel experiences for our clients? Then we are the company for you! At the moment, our team is fully staffed, but it is very likely that we will soon be looking for support in the Product & Sales area through our steadily growing team at our operational headquarters in La Paz.

Who we’re looking for:

- You want to live in South America

- You have already traveled extensively through South America

- Sharing your passion for South America with our clients is a motivation for you

- You gained first experience in the tourism industry, preferably in individual trips

- You love having contact with customers

- Your oral and written knowledge of German is impeccable

- You have good Spanish and English skills

- You love challenges

- And last but not least: you bring a positive attitude and remain calm under stress

These are your responsibilities:

- Support our Travel Managers in their tasks

- Be in charge of customer communication per phone and email

- Analyze our product portfolio

- Improve our product presentation

- You offer advice to our customers before and after the trip (by phone and email)

- You coordinate the reservations with our flight department and local service providers and you ensure the extraordinary quality of the trips we offer.
