Are you ready to take the next step in your career and start a company within a company? We are looking for passionate people with in-depth tourist industry knowledge and an extended network, who want to show the world, what they are capable of. You will start your own brand in the Ventura TRAVEL network and develop it to become a market leader a specific tourist niche. We are looking for experienced professionals, with entrepreneurial spirit, who have their heart in the right place.

Who are we looking for?

At this moment we are looking for a tourism professional, who is an expert in a niche market, similar to viventura (a South America specialist) or puraventura (a Central America specialist). We are looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit, who have the experience, know-how, skills & network to start the "next ventura" for a specific region of the world. Alternatively, your niche could also be a specific activity or way to travel (for example diving, trekking, biking, etc.). If you feel this might be YOU! Then please share your idea, your vision and your passion with us!

Apart from an entrepreneur who has a great business idea we are also looking for an entrepreneur who could launch viventura in another market (presently we are in France and Germany).

What to do next?

The application process for this "position" is quite different from normal applications.

1) We ask you to send us your contact details, your CV, a short webcam Video, where you share your idea and a very brief summary of your idea.

2) We (our HR Queen Franzi and our CEO Andre) take a look at your application, if it's convincing us we ask you to provide us with additional information about the possible Ventura, you plan to create.

3) You will have a Video Interview with Andre, where we get to know each other on a personal level and can get lots of questions answered.

4) You will have a personal interview with Andre in Berlin to really get into all the details of the possible endeavour.

5) A new brand will be born.
